Return and Refund Policy
At TheePunt, we strive to satisfy our customers with products of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of our return and refund policy, which complies with Dutch legislation.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the products. This applies to all products, except for goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, such as opened packages of products intended for consumption (e.g., coffee and tea).
Return Conditions
Period: You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your purchase.
Condition of the Product: Products must be returned in their original condition and unused, with all labels and packaging intact.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are clearly personalized, cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, or have been opened by the consumer (such as certain accessories that come into direct contact with food or liquids).
Return Procedure
Notify Your Return: To return a product, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt via info@theepunt.nl or by filling out the return form on our website.
Return Shipment: After your return request is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions from us for returning the product.
Return Shipping Costs: The costs of returning a product are at your own expense, unless otherwise stated in the specific product information or promotion.
Packaging: Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase amount (excluding any shipping costs) within 14 days to the bank account you provided.
Please note: we reserve the right to delay a refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace the product or refund the full purchase amount.
