2.2 After receiving your order, we will send a confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received the order, but does not yet mean it is being processed.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Shipping costs are listed separately during the checkout process.
3.3 Payments can be made using the available payment methods on the website, such as iDEAL, credit card, or another method approved by TheePunt.
3.4 TheePunt reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1 TheePunt processes orders within 3 business days, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Products are delivered via the carrier chosen by TheePunt. The estimated delivery time is shown during the checkout process.
4.3 TheePunt is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or external factors.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
5.2 The conditions for returns and the right of withdrawal can be found in our Return and Refund Policy, which applies to all orders.
